Even MORE adventures with Living Social

I have a very weird relationship with Living Social.  I've never purchased a deal from them because I feel like I never get anything worthwhile.  And yet, I still stay signed up because I'm always hopeful that something will come my way that I simply cannot resist.

So far?  Not happening.

Uhhh... no.  Just... no.  I like terra firma.  I like to keep my feet on terra firma.  I have no desire whatsoever to go parasailing.  Sorry Living Social.  Fail.

OK.  Yeah.  It would be awesome to have bodies like these ladies.  But do I really have to do a boot camp to get that body?  Why can't I get that body by chilling out on the couch?  Because that sounds like a lot more fun than any of this.  Pass.

WeHaveNoGarageToClean.com.  Nice idea, but not exactly appropriate.  Going to have to skip this one too.
Heyyyy...  Here we go.  Now we're getting better.  Paying someone to clean for me?  I could totally get on board with that one.  But.  Paying someone $60 to do something that I can do for free?  *sigh*  Maybe next time, Living Social.  Maybe next time.

  1. I feel like such a loser. I don't even know what Living Social is. I feel like I'm missing out even though I don't want to parasail...or go to fitness boot camp.

I've never bought anything from Living Social although I stay signed up as well. Maybe one of these days!

  5. You're not really missing out on much. It sounds good in theory. Good deals on services and products? Sure! Who wouldn't want that? But, for me at least, all I ever seem to get are things that I will never, EVER use (like parasailing and boot camps).

  6. It would be wonderful. But the cheap side of me just can't get accept paying someone to do something that I can do myself.

  7. That's the only reason I stay signed up. Hope springs eternal!

  8. I have had better luck with LivingSocial than Groupon. Of course my last Groupon wasn't used before its expiration date and I purchased it for nothing. Sigh.

  9. I'm signed up for Groupon, but I haven't purchased anything from them yet either. That's another thing I'm afraid might happen if I ever buy something. I think I would procrastinate on using it and it would expire.
